Course provider and payment seller
Each PawOptima course is created and provided under the PawOptima brand by Canary Advertising S.L, Calle Sabino Berthelot, 27, 1A, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, 38003, Spain. CIF: B76799352. Email: contact@pawoptima.com.
Payments are sold through Link using Stripe Managed Payments. The Link entity identified at checkout is the merchant of record for your transaction and supplies the applicable payment terms, tax handling, receipt and transaction support. PawOptima provides your course and course-access support.
What you buy
Home Alone and Puppy Walks are sold separately. Each educational course contains seven modules and 28 written lessons, worked examples, activities, 14 knowledge-check questions, seven planning templates and a workbook with 84 prompts. Recorded videos, live coaching, individual assessment and veterinary services are not included.
Price and payment
The advertised price is $29 USD as a one-time payment, including applicable tax. Review the total shown at Stripe checkout before paying. Your bank may apply its own currency-conversion fees. There is no recurring subscription. Link may offer payment in your local currency and will show the final amount before you pay.
Access and delivery
After payment is confirmed, we send an account setup link to your purchase email. Use that email as your username. You can buy both courses using the same email and find your purchases in My courses. Access has no fixed expiry while the selected PawOptima course website remains available. This is not a promise that the website will operate forever. You may revisit the course without a limit on lesson views. Any statutory rights relating to non-delivery, changes or loss of access remain unaffected.
You need an internet connection and a current browser on a phone, tablet or computer. Progress and workbook notes are saved on your device and do not sync between devices. Export notes to keep a separate copy. Downloaded templates and your exported workbook can be retained for personal use.
30-day refund policy
Request a full refund within 30 calendar days of purchase, even if you have opened the lessons. No explanation is required. Submit the refund request form or email contact@pawoptima.com using your purchase email and order reference, if available. We will verify the purchase and process an eligible refund to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the request. Your bank may take additional time to show it. A refund removes access to that purchased course; other paid courses remain available.
We provide immediate access without asking you to waive your statutory withdrawal rights. The voluntary 30-day policy is additional to any mandatory rights, including remedies for content that is faulty, not supplied or not as described. Those rights can apply beyond 30 days.
You may also contact Link transaction support for payment or refund help. Link’s applicable terms and mandatory consumer rights are not restricted by this policy.
Personal use
Your purchase is for your own use. Do not share account credentials, redistribute or resell the course. You may adapt the planning templates for your household and share your completed observations with the professionals helping your dog. Misuse may result in proportionate access restrictions; contact us if you believe access was restricted in error.
Educational scope
These courses are educational material and have not been independently reviewed by a veterinarian or qualified trainer. They do not diagnose or treat your dog and do not guarantee a reduction in barking or leash pulling. Seek veterinary or qualified behaviour support for individual care. No professional endorsement is claimed.

Contact contact@pawoptima.com for access problems, complaints, refund enquiries or a copy of these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded. Where applicable, mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence continue to apply.
